I think it is wonderful that you are having your pet neutered and you found a low cost option to help you!

I can't help you with dewclaws or tails - but, lots of yorkies still have their tails.

When we had Teddy neutered, he was 7 mos old and he had 6 baby teeth that came out at the same time. It is best to just take them out right then and there so they don't interfere with the adult teeth.
