She's on a leash but only when I am in the house. With the kids they have to keep her close to them. Otherwise she is in her pen when we are out. But the problem is, the kids take her out after meals, after she wakes up and she won't do her business. Then she comes into the house and pees or poops.
I wonder if it is because I gave her too much freedom to begin with? Argh! I've been told Yorkies are stubburn !
