Hi I feed raw also, Primal, and I give my 7 lb yorkie 3.5 medallions a day and she is pretty trim. The vet has told me that most dogs will gulp down the raw and then look up for more but it is like a kid with candy. Kids won't stop eating candy until they throw up and dogs wanna eat raw til then too!! I generally watch my dogs over the week, if they look like they are gaining a little weight I pull back on the amount of food and if they are playing more and looking thin then I add more.
