An anti-depressent? Why was that given to her? And just for 2 weeks. Could she still have the UTI? Seems the medication would have made her feel better right away.
Have you tried things like adding a little bit of scrambled eggs or a little parmesian cheese to her food?
Is she depressed and lethargic? If so, I really think a trip back to the vet is in order.
