I agree. Size really doesn't phase me much. Just because the parents are small, doesn't mean that somewhere in the past 3 or 4 generations of this pup's lineage are dogs that have reached the 15 lb range. If this dog is to be a service animal, I think a bigger "robust" yorkie could be of more service than a tiny yorkie, since they require extra care.
As far as supporting uneducated breeders, after what I've learned here, I would hesitate also.
