A stray dog wandered into my neighbhors yard and instead of shooing him away, he helped him. This dog (not a yorkie but a mutt) looks like has been on the street his whole life. His hair was falling off at just the touch, no teeth and all skin and bones. It also looks like he is blind in one eye. My neighbhor didn't have any dog food for him so I quickly grab some of Brandi's food.

He was so emaciated, I almost started crying. My neighbhor feels he was probably abused and from the looks of it I would have to agree. Thankfully my neighbhor was able to enticed him with food, get him tied up and call the ASPCA and they are on their way. I know the ASPCA in Delaware is a kill shelter so more than likely this dog will be put down. My heart goes out to him and hopefully the ASPCA can save his life.
