Hi guys well we spoke with the ASPCA today and were told that puppy mills are not illegal. What is illegal is the way they are treated. So, as long as they have food water and there is not crap and flies to the ceiling they do not want to get involved. Outside the bldg. it was said to call the IRS and hit him where it hurts. So, the lady that red flagged me to this whole situation is going back to the Byrd's house to try and get the other dogs. I told him if all else fails offer him $100. a dog and I will run down with the money. In the mean time here is today's rescue Miss Lady |
