I'm not sure if they are offered in Portugal, a member of another forum said those brands weren't offered where she is from (she is in Africa). I only know the holistic dog food stores carry them, maybe you can order it online and have it shipped to you?

As for the shampoo I don't know much about that shampoo but I recommend Yorkie Splash and Shine:
