I haven't used that shampoo but I have used their anti-itch oatmeal creme rinse and I LOVE it. It makes her coat so fluffy and soft and seems to help the itching! Based on the creme conditioner I wouldn't hesitate to use their other products.

Oh yes I would also look into other foods. I was using another brand of food and it made my little girl soooo itchy. I switched to Canidae and she her scratching is way down.
