For having a service dog...
You can go through all of the classes so your pup actually is a certified Therapy Dog. I'm in school for Massage Therapy with an imphasis on Spinal Cord injury. Fynnlie's going to be a Therapy dog. He's going to be signed up for the classes when he's old enough and has had all the neccessary shots.
This is the only other way I can think of to be able to take your pup with you everywhere. Though, be forewarned. It's crazy expensive.
