At 8 months most Biewers are pretty close to their adult size--maybe another 1/2 pound--which means this girl is too small to breed. IMHO no Biewer less than 5-5.5# should be breed and even then it would depend on structure, temperment, vet's input, and other factors like OFA, bloodwork, etc.

Are you saying there are/is brown color coming from the brown spots on the legs and neck? This is definitely a color fault. Biewers are not supposed to have any brown or tan except on the face according to the standards.

I think it is time for a heart to heart with your breeder. It won't get better in a year. The time for action is now when the breeder can replace her or find her a pet home while she is still young.
