First of all welcome. I would just keep an eye on her for the next day or so as long as she doesn't get any worse I would think that she would be ok. My baby is 4- 4 1/2 lbs and 4 1/2 months, & when he got his shots he was a little sore and mad at me for a day, but then he was ok.
