I keep my pads in designated areas of my house. My older dogs do not pee on throw rugs or anything else. I have one room that has a pee pad on the floor and also two small throw rugs and the dogs will use the pad only. I have kept the location of the bathroom areas the same for 10 years so Barney and Daisy will never have accidents. Teddy is a different story - we are battling with urinary problems (medical) which have presented some challenges with potty training.
