thank you for your help with this. MJ has increasingly become agitated and has been licking (her and me) and scratching huge sores on herself. I thought I would get her and Sophie out and take a walk around the block. That has helped quite a bit. MJ doesnt seem so miserable now and she is scratching less. She still barks and growls at Sophie, but less so. I do think they will settle down eventually. Thanks so much to all who have given me suggestion. I do so much appreciate it!! And so do Sophie and MJ!!
