I haven't had any complaints of any of the dogs throwing up. Keep in mind it is meant as a chew, so I dont give them to them all day everyday.  |

the problem might be that i did let her have it all day yesterday and that was her favorite "toy" lol she chewed for hours (altogether, of course...nothing keeps her attention for hours back to back
