My most embarrassing one was when we had some friends over to help us get ready for our move. My dh brags about me all the time (which is embarrassing in itself) but back then he had a few beers and when he took our wedding picture off the wall he showed it to our friends and said: "That's what America does to women!" (I'm German) Imagine the picture showed me 8 years and 30 lbs ago and I was wearing make-up and a nice dress and there I was sitting in old sweats with a bandanna and tired to the bones... |
