Thanks for all the good wishes! The vet says that she looks great, no sign of infection or any pain by her incision. They did a blood panel and everything looks very good. So it's most likely her antibiotics bothering her tummy. So my lucky pup is gonna get chicken and rice tonight & hopefully she will eat. Otherwise we will have to do more tests and xrays.
Fingers crossed it was just the antibiotics! I'll give a final update after dinner:-)
