Oh I am so sorry that Kasha is sick!!! I don't have any advice, but I do hope the vet can figure it out, glad you are taking her. Perhaps she caught something when she was at the vet for her spay - I know our first dog spent a night at our last vet after a major surgery and came home with fleas - never had even one in all his 9 years before that. Hopefully it's something easy to treat and she'll be up and running soon.
