Matt and I finally were able to get connected and finished my session with him last night - it took quite a while because he is normally able to remotely connect and in my case - we couldn't.... so he spent some serious time trying different fixes and viola - he got me connected to his remote site
it was pretty cool - I sat and ate ice cream while my computer was being fixed before my eyes
In my case.... I had a bad one in my boot files which he termed 'the brain' of the computer. I knew I had brain issues but not like this
this morning I was able to get online with no pop ups and no virus alerts !
ps - from what Matt told me - my computer had far more issues than I was aware of and all this happened in a very short span of time - one day it was fine and one day I was practically crashed
he's very patient and very good.
