Hi, I'm a dental hygienist and I regularly scale my yorkies' teeth, but since you won't be able to do this..I would recommend just a toddlers size tooth brush with plain water. It's the bristles of the tooth brush that removes plaque (not tooth paste or anything else you put on a tooth brush) once it becomes tarter it will have to be scaled of with dental instruments. The younger your baby is when you start brushing the better, I would recommend brushing at least 1 time weekly. Hope this helps! lisa
