I missed this post~I'm not familiar with ProGut but just looked it up and it is used to basically settle his intestines and the diarrhea that he has.

Like Patti said the NutraCal is for glucose levels and Hypoglycemia which could cause him to become lethargic and wobbly. It's a quick fix to low blood sugar levels. But it is very important that he actually eats food. Was he tested for any type of intestinal parasites?
