Do you have any nutrical it is very important if he is not eating. you can buy it at most pet stores.
If he won't eat you can put some on your finger and have him lick it off. It is really important to get him to eat bc he is very young and can dehydrate fast or get hypoglycemic.
He has just been through leaving his mom and littermates. Make sure you give him lots of loving.
If he is not eating after putting it on your finger then I would call the vet again. Sending prayers that he is ok.
