Welcome and congratulations! Like the other s have said make sure you have pedialyte and nutrical with you and watch for signs of hypoglcemia very carefully. I have a 8 1/2 yo pom and when I got the yorkie puppy a few months ago I introduced them outside and then inside. My pom does not like other dogs but has tolerated the puppy so far with only warning growls etc. If your shiz tsu is dog friendly you shouldn't have to much of a problem. Just watch she doesn't get to rough with the puppy. I also would recommend a crate or playpen at first. Good luck and post pics when you get them.
