You purposely bred your dog. YES, you ARE a breeder in every way.
Regardless to if you produce 1 litter, or 1000. Someone who kills just one person is still a murderer, somone who has just one child is still a mother and someone who has only one litter is still a BREEDER. No matter how you dress it up or try to justify it. (Although I have to admit that this is the first time I've ever heard someone say they bred their dog 'to make friends.')
The only difference between you and the breeders here who dedicate themselves to breeding their dogs ethically are your motivations behind the action...and of course, the end result.
