Gucci was trained to use the wee wee pads indoors and then this past Spring and Summer after endless weeks of trying to get her to go outside.. She finally did!! She would go outside and come back and do her business it frustrated me to no end. But constantly taking her out it finally worked.. I took her out in the morning after she ate breakfast and in the evenings. So she is trained to do both outdoors and indoors. Gucci is 16 mts.I live in NJ and it is cold and snowy so we are indoors. So don't lose hope consistency is the key...
