I don't know if it's possible to make it appear before going to the actual write up. Kinda like at the YTCA website, when you want to look at breeder referrals, it takes you to a page that explains the ups and downs of owning a toy breed. If we had something similar in place in the breeder section, where when a person clicks to post a new thread, they are directed to the next page, with Gemy's message, and after reading it they click ok. Then they are directed to the new thread write up.
I'm sorry I don't know the technical term for any of that, but I think it would be a good idea. I would also put it in the nursery section, because some "breeders" post their questions there too.
