I love Petsmart and so does Joey, I think going to Petsmart has made him love traveling in the car, he's always hopeful we'll be stopping there. When we were looking for a food, it was great that they would allow us to return food that he didn't like, I didn't find out about this till rather late in the process though. We also took the trick training class, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I haven't used their grooming, except nail clipping, I wouldn't feel comfortable about leaving him there, some of the girls don't seem to have much experience, but they are good for nails in between sessions with his regular groomer who lives much further away.
