Just a short update (well, sort of) lol:
Just got off the phone with Brenda. She said everything went well last night when she brought Pogo, Abba and Corky home to meet her gang, lol She also said that they are exploring their new surroundings.
She is going to try and get pictures to me so I can post them. The babies are shaved down for fresh start.

We didn't get finished up until about 10:30 last night so by the time it was Pogo's turn, it was kinda a quick clipping. I got kinda upset too as her poor ear was so ragged, as in bitten-there was a chunk was out of it.
She climbed up in my lap in the van when Brenda was driving me home and didn't want to get down when we got to my house. lol
All 3 babies started to run around and meet and greet the cats at the rescue where they very generously let us bath and groom them! Yay!

Patti was right there with us til 10:30ish.
Abba is the little maltese girl. She got carsick from Bonnie's to us and so she was not a very happy passenger. When we left the rescue to go home, she got a little apprehensive again but calmed down a whole lot more than when we first got her. She is just a sweet thing.
Corky is 3 lbs of spunk. He was just about everywhere. lol he's not going to have any issues fitting right into his new forever home, whereever that may be.
Pogo was a bit shy and afraid at first but settled down and was probably the most accepting of all of them. What I mean is, she kinda held back and once she took everything and body in, she just opened right up to accepting the attention and lovins.
You can tell that they were cared for at one time or another. They are just neglected at this point. They all stood very still when I was grooming them. Shoot, they did a whole lot better than my 2! lol
anyhow, let's hope and pray that Bonnie will be able to get the rest of them out of this place. If so, please let one of us know because we will definitely need some volunteers and lots of loving arms!!! Thanks!
