Oh, people are always so anxious to make the 'little rat' comments when it comes to our beautiful yorkies. I've heard it a time or two myself. Those people do not know what they are missing and are probably jealous they don't have their own beautiful yorkie.
I will say - that the 'wet look' is not for Lucy. When her legs and facial hair get wet . even I say she looks like a drowned rat!
