 Frustrating, foolish, dangerous, ILLEGAL!
Today mum and I was driving into town to go to the shops. Elderly lady driving with an unrestrained Shih Tzu on her LAP while she drive! How can people be so fool and selfish and dangerous to doggie? She had window down too, he could have just jump out!!
