Last year, Kaji and I had AC. This year, we're not so lucky and we're starting to feel the heat. I wonder if there are things that I could do to help him cope with the heat. Any tips?
No AC in Los Angeles ? here in Houston it's a must and even I'm hot in my apartment - like you - I had to move from a home to an apartment

What bugs me is it's warm in here with A/C - but if I drop it too low it never shuts off -

I have 4 slim tower fans in my place & a ceiling fan in the bedroom - it does help - but with no A/C it would be unbearable

I do add ice cubes to the girls water - both attack it when I drop them in so that may be an idea

ps - the news just said we're looking at 107 heat index today. that sucks eggs
