I just put a fan out that blows right into the kitchen where he sleeps at and I make sure that they (dog and cat) get nice cold water in the morning before I leave. Plus the marble floors are usually cool to lay on (luckily) I see both him and the cat sprawled out with bellys full on the floor. I feel bad, but it really doesnt get that hot, probably about 80 during the day time. Why doesn't your apt have a/c? That really sucks!
