You can fly and pick up a pup for not much more than the $250.00
If your going to spend money on getting a tiny pup you should just spend a bit more to make sure the trip home is safe.

Also I would ask if the pup has been screened for Liver shunt or heart problems. Along with Hydro this is the biggest worry I would have with a tiny. Get it in writing that you get a refund not replacement to help with vet costs if there is a problem.
