I think to educate is the best tool for now, Thank you for this post, I do hope they inprove the laws to make it a feony in every state! But untill they do tell everyone you can about them there are so many people out there who just don't know. Thanks to those who do care like Nancy1999 and the op and others our message can reach so many more people.
