Talk to your hubby and let him explain why he doesn't want a second dog. He must have good reasons.
But in my opinion you both have to be on the same side. It will be very stressful if you get this dog and hubby is totally against it.
I sure hope you can figure it out so the little one gets all the love he deserves.
