She thinks that she is the sh*t because she has a bad dog. If he is that bad, though, I think she will be held liable if and when something happens. Alot of times she is holding his leash with one hand and talking on her cell with the other hand. Her dog just pulls her right along. She really does have a hard time controlling him.
