I would love to do that, lol. Some of the worse offenders in my case are my immediate neighbors. They hustle their dogs down the driveway straight over to my yard.

My biggest complaint is against the people who use 50 ft retractable leashes (exaggerating just a bit
) that allow their dogs to go deep into neighbors' yards to do their business.
