I just have to say that I am truly impressed with my local Petsmart. We first went for training Claire and LOVED it!! She has had her nails ground there as well. We started buying everything from there and browsing all the time! I recently bought a bulk bag of food and the very next day learned that it was terrible for her!! (Science Diet) I took her to get groomed (we will see how that goes...) and while I was looking at a much higher quality food a sales person asked if I needed anything. So I told him about my food problem, he told me to bring it back and they would refund it!! How great!! I was so upset about the food that I didn't know what to do and now I can go exchange the food!! YAY!!
