I live in a sub and she has the corner house. Normally my husband walks Casey in the evening but it just such a pretty day I thought I'd take them all out. I was on the sidewalk with the stroller and Casey was on the grass by the street which here is city property which the homeowner has to maintain. Even policeman said I was in the right as long as I picked it up and he was going to tell her to shut up and advise her on the laws in this city.
