Sounds like she needs some anger management. I find it hard to believe that you can keep EVERY dog in the world off your lawn. I think you did the right thing and obviously she is a very unhappy person to behave in such a manner. I think you did the right thing. Maybe the police will scare her into calming down a little. Wow, she needs a life.
