This is sad.
I have heard people talk like this and they were not themselves. Listening to the way he's yelling while the GF is calm is rather "telling". He's angry, frustrated and out of control and she's pushing his buttons. Not that what he's said is ok or that he's never said it - just that he is at the edge. I would be very careful if I were the GF - I'm sure he's very unpredictable at this point. If releasing the tapes was to put light on a matter that has gone unnoticed or undealt with - then she has accomplished that but to air this further may produce some dangerous reactions. I really think he needs to go in for some psychiatric help - now. The worst part is that there is a baby involved.
