Welcome back. As for barking, I too want them to alert me when there is a noise outside so when they start to bark at something, I tell them, "good boy, good girl" then I tell them "all done". This usually helps quiet them down and will most of the time stop them from barking.
As for the pottying, you might have to go back to potty 101. How about trying the potty patch? It has a grasslike topper, maybe this will simulate the outdoors for Chloe? |
