I think you nailed it right on - the part in Red.
He IS a pig and anyone who talks to another person like that has some huge issues and a huge ego - not a good combo -
The sad thing is there are tons of average people out there just like him and domestic violence has always been seen as 'part of life' for some. It never should be and no one should ever think they're better than another.
Actor or not - just talking like that shows the true colors of a person - drunk or sober - no excuses.
