I've never noticed any sneezing with my newborns. I would be concerned with anything out of the ordinary with new pups. Did this only start since the vet visit? Is it affecting all the pups?

Did you consider it might be the bedding? If you use fabric softener, it could be an irritant for them. Sorry I can't be of much help. I would suggest you call your vet and he/she may want you to bring them in. Just remember to keep them warm on the trip if you go, and don't run the a/c in the car. I like to schedule visits with newborns first thing in the morning so other animals haven't been in that room that day. Some vets have a dedicated room for babies to prevent infections.
