If the seller doesn't have much experience in selling puppies, then you can be assured she doesn't have any experience with breeding, either. You are playing Russian Roulette with the future health of your puppy if you buy from an inexperienced breeder who knows nothing about genetics and doesn't health test the parents to screen for genetic illnesses.
A bargain puppy will most likely cost you a fortune in vet bills over its lifetime (which may not be long) and break your heart.
