I would save up money and go with a Mac! You will never go back. Also, you get a college discount (I think -$100) for a Mac. The cheapest, I wanna say, is $999. However, they last forever... so you get more for your dollar really. No need to buy virus programs, or anything. I will never go back to any form of a PC. WAY too many problems and most would start conking out after 6 months-1 year. Mac has been amazing and practically flawless. I don't know if it's affordable at all to you. I saved up for a while for mine. Getting one from someone who is selling theirs, etc (alot of people will upgrade to the Pro and sell their other one, so it's always worth checking ebay or craigslist). |
