We just moved here from Oklahoma, so we need to find Bella a new vet. I LOVED our old vet, so it will be hard to fill his shoes!!
We live in Greenfield but are willing to drive up to 30-40 miles if need be. Also, my main requirement is that if I have a question on occasion I MUST be able to speak with the vet on the phone!! I'm not saying this happens often by ANY means, but we have tried out vets in the past that were completely unavailable to the point that all our communication went through the receptionist....even when I dropped her off for some lab work (which they insisted on, btw
) and they charged me for an office call!! If you're charged for an office call, shouldn't that mean you get to speak with the vet about the results??! To me vets nowadays should be more like pediatricians than the vets of old, if you know what I mean! Bella is my baby after all!
