Is 1/4 cp of food okay for 2lbs of dog?

I have an 80lbs dog that literally lives on about 1 cp of food per day. When we got him from the shelter almost 5yrs ago they told us he was a light eater and that was about all he would eat, and they were right. He is DH's dog, and if DH is gone for a couple of days he will eat nothing until he returns, depression. But his regular diet is about 1 cup of dog food per day. He eats no human food at all. He has a delicate stomach and gets pancreatitis at the drop of a hat. Sadly, no bones, no scraps, nothing. He is solid, can barely feel is ribs...just this side of 'heavy'. He goes on a looooonnng walk every morning.

So, perhaps, 1/4 cp is all this little one needs?? I don't know....
