Sometimes it says "upload failed" because it uploads it before you even click on "Save changes." Are you sure the upload failed? Unless your avatar is an animated gif, one that has more than one picture, it will usually upload the default size without any problem, the only time it needs to be exactly a certain size, is when you have an animated gif. |
