I have to respectfully disagree about the "whiteness" of the dress. With those stripes, NO ONE is going to mistake the wearer for the bride.
And I agree with what someone else said....that is a hard dress to look good in with the horizontal stripes, but you look BEAUTIFUL in it! IMO, go ahead and wear it, especially if it is comfortable and you feel confident in it.
